Members love the creativity and the ability to exercise at their own pace at the aerobic stations. You can dance, jog, walk, march, jump rope, or any other number of cardiovascular activities that you enjoy! This makes the atmosphere fun and social and very physically effective for each member. The supportive environment is just what every member needs to make our Fitness Training Program a success!

During this workout, you will burn anywhere from 350-600 calories! In only 30 minutes you will have completed a cardiovascular workout and a muscle toning resistance workout!
