How It Works
Our Circuit training program combines 18 exercises that are completed one right after the other. Perform each exercise for a specified time (30 - 45 seconds). Once you complete all exercises, that is considered one circuit. The total number of circuits you complete is for a total of 30 minutes.
Circuit training is great for beginners just getting started. Why? Because it allows you to build some total body strength.
Circuit training is also great for specific sports.
The NFPT says "Performance in a sport that
calls for muscle endurance will best be
enhanced through correctly performed circuit
training." For example, a runner who wants
to increase speed would work on sprinting
and exercise to strengthen the quads,
hamstrings and calves.
Regardless of your goals, circuit training
can be a great workout simply because of the
variety. Running on a treadmill for 30
minutes or doing the same old machines can
get boring over time. If you find you're
losing interest in your routine or that
you've hit a plateau, think circuit
training.
At Link2FITNESS we focus on two main categories that resistance exercise routines fall into. Resistance routines can either be considered a circuit or a split, all routines being goal oriented.
Our Equipment is designed for one who want to stay fit, add Link2Fitness, lose weight, lose inches, and tone muscles. The superior hydraulic circuit training equipment that you can use to workout at your own pace.
